Music teacher salary

I'd like to do an informal survey on music teacher salary from the members here.

I'm wondering:
- where you live
- how much you charge per lesson (if a private music teacher)
- how much salary you make per year

I'm really curious to know if there is a big range in salaries between geographic locations, or if there is a big difference between private music teacher salary and high school music teacher salary for example.
